Refund Policy
NGH Enterprise, LLC is committed to providing high-quality consulting and professional services. Due to the nature of consulting, strategy, and digital services, all sales are generally considered final. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing any services.
Whats to included in the Refund Policy
No Refunds on Services Rendered

All payments made to NGH Enterprise, LLC are non-refundable once services have begun. This includes, but is not limited to:

Business consulting and advisory services

Business formation and compliance services

Brand development and strategy

Website, digital setup, or marketing services

Strategy sessions, audits, and custom deliverables

A la carte services and bundled packages
Once work has commenced, time, expertise, and resources have been allocated specifically to your project and cannot be recovered.

Deposits
Any deposit or initial payment made to secure services, reserve time, or begin work is non-refundable. Deposits are used to allocate scheduling, planning, and preparation time.

Cancellation Policy
If a client chooses to cancel services after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

Rescheduling & Pausing Services
If a project is paused at the client’s request, NGH Enterprise, LLC is not obligated to hold availability indefinitely. Projects may be resumed subject to availability and may require a restart fee if the pause exceeds 30 days.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Any chargebacks or disputes initiated in violation of this policy will be considered a breach of agreement and may result in collections or legal action.

Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on subjective opinions, changes of mind, delays caused by the client, or failure to implement recommendations.
